We are thrilled to provide you with some exciting updates on the progress of our ongoing projects and developments within our community at Orana.

As we approach the end of Autumn, the Orana construction teams have been hard at work across the community on the ground and behind the scenes progressing important infrastructure and resident amenity.

In stage 18 – we have installed the water and gas amenity, allowing us to move into completing the Electrical and NBN infrastructure for this stage – we look forward to being able to settle this stage in Q3 this year. As with Stage 19 which is also set to settle in the coming quarter, the team has been working on sewer and drainage works, we will move into water and gas infrastructure being installed in the next 4 weeks.

On the landscaping front our teams have been busily completing stage 14’s landscaping and it is looking beautiful. With Council approving our Stage 11 & Stage 12 landscape designs, the team is gearing up for a big second half of the year of landscaping to continue delivering the beautiful streetscapes at Orana. We are preparing to commence the Stage 11 works in just over 1 month, with stages 12, 10 and 8 not far off in the next quarter. We look forward to having all stages in our first permitted area complete by the end of the year. 

Our stage 22 park planning is underway – we have been busy working with Council to expedite the delivery of this park for the community based on your feedback. This process has involved reviewing and re-sequencing the delivery of adjacent roads and infrastructure to Council satisfaction. Whilst this resequencing review process is underway with Council, schematic plans for the park have been progressed by MDG Landscape Architects with a close eye on the feedback received from the recent community survey. We sincerely thank you all for your constructive feedback on this. At this stage, the forecast completion date for this park remains at Mid-2026 but we will keep you updated with the Council approval process and the resolution on bringing forward the delivery of the park. In addition, as you would have seen in recent updates from us – our interim community garden is coming very soon and we look forward to welcoming as many residents to our first community garden evening in the coming weeks.
