Stage 20
We are pleased to inform you that sub-grade pavement works are currently underway in Stage 20. Once completed, this will pave the way for the installation of essential drainage infrastructure. Title registration is now anticipated for May 2025.

Stage 21
In Stage 21, the sewer infrastructure has been successfully installed, enabling the commencement of crucial drainage works. This includes the construction of a significant Melbourne Water main drain, which is over 1.3 meters in diameter and will be located directly beneath Orana Boulevard. Title registration for this stage is still forecasted for Q3 2025.

Riverland Road
Following the completion of bulk earthworks and sub-grade pavement works last month, our team has been focused on the construction of sewer and drainage infrastructure to service the Orana Town Centre. We are pleased to report that almost all sewer and drainage infrastructure is now in place, with water and gas works progressing well and expected to be completed within the next two weeks. Title registration for the Orana Town Centre is still projected for Q1 2025.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION

Stages 10 & 8

All landscape works in Stages 10 and 8 have been successfully completed, and these stages have now achieved Council Practical Completion. Both stages have transitioned into the landscape maintenance program, where Balcon will oversee maintenance for the next two years.

Interim Dog Park

We are excited to announce the successful launch of our Interim Dog Park, located adjacent to the Orana Sales Office. It was a pleasure meeting you and your furry friends at the launch event, and we hope you’re enjoying the space. We are currently awaiting the delivery of bins, which have been delayed due to fabrication issues. We expect them to be installed within the next two weeks, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this.
