Stage 18 
We are excited to welcome residents from Stage 18 to our community, with settlements currently underway.
 
Stage 19
As scheduled, the construction team have completed all civil infrastructure for Stage 19 this month. We have also achieved practical completion and statement of compliance from all statutory authorities.
The plan of subdivision has been lodged at the titles office and we anticipate title registration being achieved this week.

Stage 20
Construction is also underway in Stage 20 with bulk earthworks now complete.
The delivery team will now proceed with the construction of important sewer works, followed by critical drainage infrastructure.

Community Garden:
Our community garden is growing beautifully with the help of our enthusiastic team of resident volunteers tending to it weekly. We look forward to our first harvests in the coming months! We invite residents to join the Orana Community Garden Facebook Group to stay involved and updated.

Interim Dog Park: 
We are mobilising to commence construction in the coming month for the interim dog park located opposite the Sales Office, adjoining the main carpark.
