Who maintains parks within Orana?

Balcon Group is required to maintain the parks at Orana for two years after landscape works have been delivered. After this maintenance period, Council will maintain and manage all local parks.

In addition to this detailed updates on stage and amenity construction is updated monthly on our website, including an aerial image of the estate’s construction progress. The Orana project has the best available fibre-to-the-home telecommunications infrastructure that is provided by NBN Co and funded by Balcon Group. Whilst Balcon Group is responsible for delivering the infrastructure, once titles are registered, it becomes the responsibility of NBN Co to activate the service to each home.
