February 2025 Construction Update
The Orana team is pleased to provide you with an update on our construction progress for February. We have made significant advancements across multiple areas, and we are excited to share our progress with you.year has already started with a bang and what better way to kick off than with our January Construction Update!
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Stage 20
Progress on the project is moving along smoothly, with drainage now complete and water construction nearly finished. The water system is currently being prepared for compliance before it is handed over to South East Water. Kerb installation is ongoing, and we’re approaching the final stages of completing the pavement layers for the roads in this stage. We expect title registration to take place in May 2025.
Stage 21
Subgrade preparation is complete, and we’ve now moved on to pavement construction. Drainage work is nearly finished, and construction of the large-diameter water mains has begun. Title registration is still forecasted for Q3 2025.
Riverland Road
The physical works on Riverland Road are nearing completion, with all efforts focused on meeting the target for the Council Statement of Compliance in March 2025. This crucial milestone will ensure that the road meets all necessary standards and requirements. Once completed, it will allow for the registration of the Town Centre title, paving the way for its transfer to Coles. This marks a significant step in the development, bringing us closer to the full realisation of the Town Centre and its integration into the wider Orana Estate.
LANDSCAPING CONSTRUCTION
Stage 13 Townhomes (including Orana Blvd frontage): All works on the townhome site have now been completed, with the area fully prepared and ready for occupancy. The final touches are being applied, with only minor work remaining on the internal garden beds. This will be finished within the next 2-3 weeks, adding the finishing details to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
Stage 24 Streetscapes: Early soil improvement works have begun, with full landscaping to be completed in April-May 2025.
Stage 25 Streetscapes: Early soil improvement works have begun, with full landscaping to be completed in June-July 2025.
Stage 26 Streetscapes: Improvement works have begun, with full landscaping to be completed in May-June 2025.
