2021 WRAP-UP

Looking back on 2021, we are celebrating all the progress within our community and looking ahead at what’s to come in 2022.
 
In 2021, we were proud to celebrate the opening of 22 display homes, with 14 to open in the first quarter of 2022.
 
We have hit an incredible milestone with the planting of 500 trees, officially outnumbering the current number of residents!
 
Stages 3, 4, and 5 all received titles in 2021, pushing over 541 soon-to-be residents one step closer to the reality of living in their dream home at Orana.
 
In October 2021 the Orana team commenced works to public roads including the Pattersons Road / Orana Boulevard intersection, which is scheduled to be complete in June 2022.
 
A total of 2.1kms of road was built in 2021, with an additional 5.6kms to be delivered in 2022.
 
As we move further into 2022 and works are completed in various locations, the community will be buzzing with activities.
 
The Orana Early Years facility will be fully operational from early next year, with planned playgroups to be organised.
 
Civil works will commence on Stage 10, 11, 12 in January, while works in Stage 6 and 7 are due for completion in Q1 2022, Stage 9 and 13 in Q2 2022, Stage 14 in Q3 2022, and Stage 10, 11, and 12 in Q4 2022.
 
Building on the strong momentum of the past year, 2022 will see Orana continue to grow into an even bigger community populated by friendly faces, stunning streetscapes and sprawling open spaces.
