Federation University and Chisholm Institute, both in Berwick are just a short distance from Orana.

Orana’s masterplan includes its own government primary school with new government and secondary schools proposed on its boundaries as part of separate development projects. In addition, a council pre-school will be located in the planned Orana Community facility. 

The Orana Community Place, scheduled to open as part of Stage 1, will offer a range of council run programs that encourage learning. Specific programs will be developed in partnership with the local community to meet identified needs.
