April has been one of the busiest months on site at Orana in some time. Across construction, landscaping and park works, the pace has been impressive. Here’s the full picture.

Construction

Stage 23 — on the home straight

Stage 23 has made substantial headway this month. Earthworks, sewer, subgrade, drainage and water and gas reticulation are all now 100% complete. Electrical and NBN works are well advanced at 75% and expected to wrap up before the end of May, at which point major concrete works — kerbs, footpaths and asphalt — will commence in earnest during the first full week of May. Statement of Compliance is on track for June 2026.

Stage 24A — footpaths next week

Stage 24A continues to impress. Earthworks, drainage, water mains, subgrade and kerbs are all complete, and Electrical and NBN works are on the verge of finishing this week. That clears the way for footpath works to commence as early as next week. The stage is now firmly lining up for a late May completion, with Statement of Compliance and Title Registration to follow shortly after.

Stage 27 — progressing steadily 

In Stage 27, bulk earthworks are nearing completion, with drainage and roadworks now underway. Title registration is forecast for late Q4 2026.

Landscaping & Streetscapes

Stage 12 — complete!

We are delighted to share that the landscapig works in Stage 12 are now officially complete. This new green space at Orana features advanced trees and seating and is a beautiful outlook from the ABN Townhomes. Please see images attached. 

Stage 22 Landscaping — trees going in now

Stage 22 landscape construction is well underway following its March start. The greenlink path from Orana Boulevard to the Stage 22 Park is well underway with boundary fencing complete, tree pits set out, and concrete paths poured. Tree installation is expected to be fully complete soon, with full completion of the streetscape and greenlink anticipated in early May 2026.

Stages 21 & 23 streetscapes — coming in May

Both Stage 21 and Stage 23 streetscapes are scheduled to commence construction concurrently in May 2026, with practical completion anticipated in June or July. It’ll be a busy couple of months for landscape crews on site.

Stage 22 Park

The park is taking shape 

Work on the Stage 22 park has been consistent and steady since construction began in December 2025, and the site is now well into its final phase. Drainage is done, playground equipment is 85% installed, the shelter and custom seating are 85% complete, and concrete path works are just over halfway. Boulder installation around the mound slide is at the same mark, while shade sail works nearing completion.

The multicourt area has also commenced — with seat footings and concrete walls prepared — and the playing surface itself is next. It’s going to be a genuinely great community space.

Orana Village Town Centre

Construction on track

Residents and visitors to Orana will have seen the incredible progress on the Orana Village Town Centre construction works. Coles’ construction program remains on track, with the doors set to open in Spring this year. Stay tuned for further announcements on retailers coming to Orana in the coming months!
