Every year, Parks and Leisure Australia (PLA) acknowledges excellence in our industry through its prestigious Awards of Excellence. These annual awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding initiatives and innovative efforts of ‘The People Behind the Places’ which promote good use of leisure time for a number of social, environmental and economic benefits to the community.

The Community Facility of the Year Award recognises facilities pushing boundaries in design, development, and operation – areas where the Orana Community Place truly stands out!

A massive shoutout to the dedicated team at City of Casey, led by the incredible Racheal, whose vision and dedication have brought the Orana Community Place to life as a vibrant, healthy, and inclusive space for all 🙌
