We are pleased to announce that the civil works for the Pattersons Road Intersection were completed on February 26, 2026. Thanks to the hard work of our civil teams, this critical piece of infrastructure was finalized one month ahead of schedule, ensuring smoother access for the growing community.

Landscape & Park Progress

The Stage 22 Park: A New Destination

The heart of Stage 22 is coming to life! Following the completion of bulk earthworks in January, we have seen significant progress on the local park:

• Play & Fitness: The play tower combination unit and swings have been installed. Work is also officially underway on the multicourt area

• Amenities: The park shelter is currently being installed, and the electrical cabinet is in place

• Infrastructure: Concrete path works have commenced, and 90% of the site drainage is now complete

• Timeline: We anticipate the park will be fully completed by mid-2026

Streetscape Updates

• Stages 16, 18, 19, and 20: These streetscapes are now under ongoing maintenance, ensuring the greenery is established and looking its best

• Stage 21: Landscape construction is scheduled to commence in March/April 2026, with practical completion expected shortly after in April/May

Residential Construction Progress

Stage 22

Civil construction is now 100% complete. We are currently working with the relevant authorities to achieve statement of compliance, which is on track for mid-March.

Stage 23

Progress remains steady with earthworks, sewer, and subgrade works now finished. Our focus has shifted to drainage installation, which will allow us to start water mains within the next two weeks

Stage 24A

As the final piece of the puzzle within “Permit Area C,” Stage 24A officially commenced in February. Because sewer works were completed during the previous stage, we have been able to fast-track earthworks, drainage, and water mains
