Major progress continues across Orana with exciting developments in our infrastructure, streetscapes, and the highly anticipated Stage 22 park.

Panorama Circuit and Pattersons Road Intersection
These major road works have reached a significant milestone, with construction now complete. The road has officially been handed over to Coles to facilitate the Orana Village building works. Meanwhile, intersection works recommenced in January 2026, with compliance expected by late March 2026. This vital connection will further enhance accessibility and convenience for the Orana community.

Stage 22
Stage 22 construction is progressing on schedule. Concrete works have been completed, with asphalt and topsoil works representing the final construction items scheduled for completion throughout February 2026. Titles for Stage 22 are expected to be issued in March 2026, bringing new residents closer to calling Orana home.

Stage 23
Substantial progress has been made in Stage 23, with earthworks and sewer infrastructure now complete. Subgrade placement works are nearing completion, enabling drainage installation to commence. This stage remains on track with titles expected in Q2 2026.

Stage 27
We are excited to share that we have officially broken ground in Stage 27 with civil construction, title registration is forecast for Q4 2026

Stages 16-20 Streetscapes
Significant landscaping progress continues across multiple stages. Outstanding landscape naturestrips have been completed in Stages 16, 18, and 19, with Stages 18 and 19 currently in their 13-week establishment period, concluding on 20 February 2026. Stage 20 remains under ongoing maintenance, with outstanding garden bed infill planting works scheduled for completion in March 2026.

Stage 21 Streetscapes
Construction in Stage 21 is scheduled to commence in March/April 2026, with practical completion anticipated for April/May 2026.

Stage 22 Park – Your New Community Hub Takes Shape

The much-awaited Stage 22 park is rapidly becoming a reality, marking an exciting milestone for the Orana community. Remaining civil bulk earthworks are scheduled for completion at the end of this month, setting the foundation for this vibrant new recreational space. Landscape construction began in December 2025, and with concrete works and playground equipment set out works underway in January this amazing new community space is starting to come to life. We look forward to sharing completion timing and announcing the name of this new park in February – stay tuned!
