Orana July 2025 Construction Update
It’s been another busy month of progress at Orana Clyde North, with significant milestones achieved across various stages. Our teams are working hard to bring your new community to life!

Orana Town Centre
Construction crews are on site and getting to work to deliver this essential piece of amenity and infrastructure to our community. We look forward to sharing detailed updates on their progress and leasing program in the coming months.
Civil Construction Progress
- Stage 21: On the Cusp of Titling!
We’re thrilled to announce that all construction works and authority inspections for Stage 21 are now complete. The stage is currently with the authorities for final sign-off, which we anticipate receiving by August 1st, 2025. Following this, titles are expected to be issued throughout August – fantastic news for our Stage 21 purchasers!
- Panorama Circuit & Pattersons Road Intersection:
Construction along Panorama Circuit is tracking well, with sewer, water, electrical, and NBN infrastructure all complete as of August 1st, 2025. Works at the crucial Pattersons Road Intersection are also well underway and progressing smoothly, with completion anticipated in Q1 2026.
- Stage 22:
Works in Stage 22 are progressing, with earthworks nearing completion. Our crews are now making excellent headway with the sewer works, bringing this stage closer to its next major milestones.
Streetscapes: Greenery continuing to take shape
We’re excited to see the streetscapes evolve, adding even more beautiful greenery and character to our growing community.
- Stage 20 Streetscapes: Construction commenced on June 27th, and significant progress has been made. Tree pits have been dug, and trees are set to be planted this week. Garden beds are also set out and planted. We anticipate having all works completed by mid-August.
- Stage 17 Streetscapes: We are excited to share that tree pits have been prepared, and trees are due to be planted by early August. This work will be closely followed by soil cultivation and garden bed planting works. Practical Completion is targeted for mid to late August.
- Stage 16 Streetscapes: This stage has been prepared and is due to commence important landscape installation works this week. Completion of works is targeted for the end of August.
- Stage 25 Streetscapes: Works in this stage were completed in June, and now proudly under landscape maintenance, with the greenery settling in nicely. This landscape maintenance period is for two years, before being handed over to Council.
- Stage 26 Streetscapes: We have also entered the landscape maintenance period for Stage 26, with all works successfully completed to the satisfaction of Council this month.
