Orana July 2026 Construction and Landscaping Update
There has been significant progress across Orana over the past month, with another stage titled, new streetscape landscaping underway, and the completion of our newest neighbourhood park. Here’s the latest from across the estate.

Construction
Stage 23
As programmed, Stage 23 achieved Statement of Compliance and title registration during July 2026. We look forward to welcoming these new residents to the Orana community as construction of their new homes commences.
Stage 27
Construction activity has continued across Stage 27, with drainage works nearing completion and watermain construction set to commence shortly. The stage remains on track to achieve title registration in January 2027.
Landscaping & Streetscapes
Stage 21 & 23 Streetscapes
Works commenced in July on the Stage 21 and Stage 23 streetscapes, with construction progressing well. Across both stages, nearly 200 new trees will be planted, helping to establish the streetscape and further enhance the character of these new neighbourhoods. Practical completion remains on track for the end of August 2026.
Stage 24A
Landscape works also commenced within Stage 24A during July and are progressing well, with completion anticipated by the end of August 2026.
Stage 22 Park
A major milestone was achieved in July with the completion of the Stage 22 neighbourhood park. The project team worked incredibly hard to deliver the park in its entirety, including the playground, multicourt, shelter, seating, paths, public toilet, and associated infrastructure. The newly laid turf is now being given time to establish before the park is officially opened to the community in the coming weeks. We are excited to share this new space with our residents.
Orana Village Town Centre Surrounds
Around the Orana Village Town Centre, more than half of the landscape works were completed during July, including the nature strips, trees, garden beds, and turf along completed sections of Riverland Road. The remaining landscape works are scheduled for completion ahead of the official opening of the Town Centre this Spring 2026.
