Orana June 2025 Construction Update
As we reach the halfway point of the year, the Orana team is hard at work delivering key amenities and infrastructure—both behind the scenes and on the ground. Recent winter rains have kept our landscaping crews busy establishing the green spaces that define life at Orana, while civil construction teams continue to build the essential framework of our growing community.

Orana Town Centre
A major milestone this month—Coles Group has officially settled on the Orana Town Centre site. With construction set to commence shortly, we’re one step closer to welcoming this exciting retail and lifestyle destination, scheduled to open in late 2026.
New Park Coming Soon
We’re in the final stages of designing Orana’s next park, located on the corner of Ochre Street and Mellow Place. Designs are currently with the City of Casey for final sign off. We can’t wait to share the detailed plans with you in the coming months.
Civil Construction Progress
- Stage 21: Practical completion is just around the corner, with footpath and pavement works currently underway. Title registration remains forecast for mid-July.
- Stage 22: Construction has officially kicked off, with earthworks and sewer installations now in progress.
In line with City of Casey requirements, the intersection at Watercolour Boulevard and Pattersons Road will change to a left-in, left-out configuration. This means right turns in and out will no longer be permitted. Council works begin in July, with completion expected in Q1 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this important safety upgrade.
Landscaping and Green Space Delivery
- Stages 16, 17 & 20: Streetscape works began mid-June and are on track for completion in late August 2025.
- Stage 25: Streetscapes were completed in early June and are now in the 13-week landscape establishment phase.
- Stage 26: Following the February start, planting, mulching and tree installation are now complete. Turf is nearing completion, with full handover anticipated by mid-July.
