Orana June 2026 Construction and Landscaping Update
As we move through winter, there’s plenty happening across Orana. A few stages are edging closer to titles, the Stage 22 park is nearly ready to open, and landscaping is rolling out across the estate. Here’s where things stand.

Construction
Stage 23
With all works on site now complete, statement of compliance on Stage 23 is expected to be achieved in the next two weeks. Title registration to follow in late July 2026.
Stage 24A
This month, we are pleased to confirm that Stage 24A has successfully achieved statement of compliance and is now awaiting title registration. We look forward to welcoming these new residents to the Orana community.
Stage 27
In Stage 27 earthworks are complete, sewer works are nearing completion, drainage is underway, with watermains to follow. Title registration remains on track for February 2027.
Landscaping & Streetscapes
Stage 21 & 23 Streetscapes
Both the Stage 21 and Stage 23 streetscapes are set to commence construction in mid-July 2026, with practical completion anticipated in late August. In Stage 21, bollards have already been installed, with chain to follow once the garden beds are in.
Stages 24A, 24B & 25
Landscape construction across the Permit C stages is gearing up, with Stage 24A targeted to commence in mid-July to August 2026, and Stages 24B and 25A (along with the balance of Stage 25 reserve) targeted for August to September 2026, all subject to confirmation.
Orana Village Town Centre Surrounds
Around the Orana Village Town Centre, nature strip works are well advanced: Stage 1 is complete along the eastern side of Riverland Road and awaiting the Coles Group builders before works begin on the western side; Stage 2 is fully complete and reached practical completion in late June; and Stage 3 is progressing well, with trees, garden beds and turf going in and practical completion anticipated by late July 2026.
Stage 22 Park
The Stage 22 park is now in its final stretch, with completion anticipated by the end of the month. The play equipment, shelter, seating, and shade sails are all in place, the boulders and concrete works are nearly done, and the turf is the finishing touch going down this month. We can’t wait to share this new community space with residents very soon.
