March has been a month of real momentum at Orana. Stage 22 has officially reached its title milestone, civil works are pressing ahead across the next wave of stages, and our newest park is evolving from a muddy construction site into something the community will genuinely love. Here’s a full look at where things stand.

Construction

Stage 22 — titles received

The big news for March: Stage 22 titles were formally received on 19 March 2026, right on schedule. That means settlements can now commence, and purchasers should be in touch with their solicitor to get the process underway. It’s always a milestone worth celebrating — titles in hand means keys are close, congratulations to all purchasers in this stage, we wish you well with the commencement of your builds. 

Stage 23 — civil works pressing on

Earthworks, sewer and subgrade works are all wrapped up in Stage 23, and the team is now focused on drainage installation. Once that’s complete — expected within the next fortnight — water mains work can begin. Titles for Stage 23 remain on track for mid 2026, and the programme is holding well.

Stage 24A — moving along quickly

Stage 24A is making impressive headway. Drainage, water mains and subgrade are all complete, earthworks are continuing, and Electrical & NBN works are scheduled to commence before the Easter break. The stage is tracking well towards a July 2026, and this month’s progress reinforces that outlook.

Stage 27 — released for tender

Stage 27 has formally been released for tender, and we are currently in active negotiations with contractors to get works underway as soon as possible. Stay tuned for a construction programming in the next monthly update.

Landscaping & Streetscapes

Greenery taking shape across the estate

Landscape works are progressing across three active stages this month. In Stage 12’s medium density site and reserve, excavation is complete and tree pits are fully set out, with tree installation scheduled for the week of 23 June and an anticipated overall completion by end of April 2026.

Stage 21 streetscapes are due to commence construction imminently, with practical completion expected by the end of May. Stage 22 streetscapes are advancing in parallel — the Greenlink boundary fencing is done, tree pits are set out, and tree installation is expected to begin the week of 30 March. Practical completion for Stage 22 streetscapes is anticipated in late April or May 2026.

Stage 22 Park

If you’ve driven past the Stage 22 park site lately, you’ll have seen real progress. Construction has been underway since December 2025, and the site is now well into its fit-out phase.

Drainage is fully complete, and the playground equipment — including a play tower combination unit, swings, and a seesaw rocker — has been installed. Concrete path works are advancing, boulder installation is at the 50% mark, and shade sail works are progressing at the same pace. The shelter frame and custom seating is currently being installed on site, and footing works for the multicourt seat are also in progress.
