Welcome to our monthly community update! The Orana community is growing, and we’re excited to share the latest progress on our construction and landscaping projects.

Construction Update: Fast Progress & Key Deliveries

Road Network Update: 

We are pleased to confirm that Panorama Circuit is now complete and has been handed over to Coles to allow them to continue progress on the construction of the much-anticipated Orana Town Centre. 

Due to a request from Casey Council, the completion of the major Pattersons Rd Intersection works has been delayed and is now expected in March/April 2026. While this is a change to the schedule, we are committed to delivering this critical piece of infrastructure efficiently.

The Heather Grove connection is underway by Five Farms, and we look forward to sharing a completion date with you on this vital connector road in the coming months. 

• Stage 22 Park: We have been overwhelmed with positive feedback on our next park design! Construction is set to commence imminently and will be complete by Mid-2026. 
• Stages 24B and 25A: Construction is progressing quickly! We’ve completed the Sewer, Water, Drainage, and laneway concrete works. Retaining walls are currently underway, and the final Electrical installation is booked over the coming two weeks. 
• Stage 22: Construction is moving along as programmed. We have completed the Earthworks, Drainage, Subgrade, and water works. Kerb installation is well underway, and Electrical and NBN installation is due to commence from early November 2025. Compliances remain expected during February 2026.
• Stage 23: Earthworks are complete, and subgrade works are nearly finished. Sewer works have commenced, with drainage starting shortly behind. Titles for Stage 23 remain expected in Q2 2026.

Landscaping Update: Streetscapes are Growing

It’s exciting to see the community’s streetscapes transition from construction to beautiful, green spaces!

• • Stage 16 Streetscapes: Construction is 100% complete, and Practical Completion was achieved on October 7, 2025. These streetscapes are now under landscape establishment, which will conclude on January 6, 2026.
  • Stage 18 & 19 Streetscapes: Construction commenced on October 20, 2025, and progress has been strong, with tree pits and bollard/cable works near completion. Practical Completion is anticipated for mid/late November 2025.
  • Stage 21 Streetscapes: Construction is scheduled to commence right after Stages 18 and 19 wrap up, with an anticipated start date around mid-November 2025.
