Welcome to our monthly community update! The Orana community is growing and we’re excited to share the latest progress on our construction and landscaping projects.

Construction Milestones

Significant progress has been made on several key construction fronts this month.

• Panorama Circuit & Pattersons Rd Intersection: Panorama Circuit is almost complete and will soon be handed over to Coles for their new shopping centre building works. The intersection, however, has been delayed at the request of the Casey council and is now anticipated to be finalised in March/April 2026. We appreciate the inconvenience caused by these works, and that you for your ongoing patience whilst we finalise the works.
• Stage 22: Works are well underway. We have completed all earthworks, drainage, and subgrade preparation. Watermain installation is scheduled to begin on September 22, with compliance expected in February 2026.
• Stage 23: Earthworks are nearing completion, and we will begin sewer and subgrade works in late September 2025. We anticipate titles for this stage in Q2 2026.
• Stage 24B & 25A: These stages are progressing quickly! Minor site works have commenced, and the final sewer and drainage works are set to start on September 25. Titles for these stages are expected in December 2025.

Landscaping & Streetscapes

Our beautiful streetscapes are taking shape, transforming our neighbourhoods.

• Stage 20: Practical completion was achieved on August 1st, 2025. This stage is currently in the landscape establishment phase, which is a period of care and maintenance to ensure the plants and trees thrive. This will conclude by the end of October this year. 
• Stage 17: This stage also reached practical completion on August 29th, 2025, and is now in its landscape establishment phase until late November this year. 
• Stage 16: Streetscape construction has begun, with tree installation planned for mid-September. We expect practical completion by the end of September or early October. 
• Stage 18, 19, & 21: Pre-commencement inspections have been completed for these stages, and we are working toward the following completion timelines:
• Stage 18: Late September / early October 2025
• Stage 19: Mid-to-late October 2025
• Stage 21: Mid-to-late November 2025
