Coles Group has officially settled on the site, and will manage the construction of the highly anticipated Orana Town Centre at Orana, Clyde North. The opening of the neighbourhood shopping centre is estimated in late 2026. This exciting new development will deliver a vibrant retail, commercial, and community precinct at the heart of the rapidly growing Orana master-planned community and surrounding areas in Melbourne’s South East, enhancing daily life for thousands of residents.
Orana Town Centre will broadly comprise a full-line Coles supermarket as the anchor tenant, supported by daily-needs service, child care, health and hospitality specialty retailers, offering a diverse shopping experience for the community.
The design will integrate seamlessly with the broader Orana community’s commitment to abundant green spaces, connecting to its extensive network of cycling and walking paths to encourage an active and connected lifestyle. The centre is planned to create a truly integrated urban environment and an omni channel shopping experience.
