Following a recent on-market sale process involving the Orana Town Centre site, Balcon Group is pleased to announce that a conditional contract has been entered into with an Australian company that has extensive experience in the design and delivery of the highest quality town centres. Due to contractual obligations, the details of the purchaser cannot be disclosed at this time. The 3.5-hectare site is located at the south-west corner of Pattersons Road and Orana Boulevard and will service Orana residents as well as residents of other nearby communities.

The purchaser intends to develop the site consistent with its local town centre designation under the Clyde Creek South Precinct Structure Plan. This will include a Coles anchor supermarket store and supporting specialty shops and commercial uses.  

Balcon Group will complete civil infrastructure works on the site over the next 12-18 months ahead of any development works commencing on the town centre.
