What does working on the Orana community mean to you?
It’s a privilege working on the Orana Community. There is a great sense of pride seeing all the elements of a great lifestyle coming together, something truly unseen for a while in the southeast. It’s a project very close to my heart.  

What are the most exciting features and amenities of Orana?
The extensive networks of waterways and bike tracks/walking paths that will become a part of this amazing project is something that really excites me. Schools and shopping are at your fingertips creating a family friendly community.

How would you best describe Orana’s community?
A community that has everything anyone would want. No matter what stage you are in your life Orana is a place worth discovering. From the numerous amenities, tree lined streets, great road connections and the future potential of this community situated in an area that is primed for growth. Orana should be on top of your shopping list.

What sets Orana apart from other communities?
As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Orana is a true masterplan community. It is designed in such a way that no major amenity is out of reach. A community that will feature its own town centre, schools, waterways, active recreation areas and easy road connections. When looked at closely – and we have! its hard to find a community that rivals Orana.

What does working on the Orana community mean to you?
I am honoured to be part of the biggest master planned community in the Southeast that is designed to connect people to their community.

What are the most exciting features and amenities of Orana? 
The wide variety of features offered that caters to the young and old of all backgrounds. In addition to the scenic aspect of it the other amenities such as road networks, waterways, parks, schools, early learning centre and its own town centre to improve lifestyle of residents.

How would you best describe Orana’s community? 
A place that offers everything to satisfy your requirements. People of any age can walk in and find something that interests them and have the opportunity to socialise and meet new people.

What sets Orana apart from other communities? 
The wide range of amenities offered that caters to everyone. Specifically designed to serve the needs of every age group. When people visit Orana for the first time, they discover a loving community filled with warm and inviting areas that allows residents the freedom to explore their expansive surroundings. The warm and inviting atmosphere that’s modern and sophisticated as well sets Orana apart from other communities. Pretty much like a suburb inside a suburb.

What does working on the Orana community mean to you?
I feel very proud to be apart of Orana, as every day I get to see and experience the project and witness how caring everyone is and how passionate the whole team and neighbourhood are about creating a safe and thriving space for everyone.

What are the most exciting features and amenities of Orana?
The most exciting features of Orana is the sky walker in the playground, as it is so unique and really stands out in the playground and display village and is such a staple for a meeting spot, and children can spend hours playing on it, and it is also suited to older children as well!

I also think the bbq and dining area is great, as in summer especially it provides lots of space and areas for people to gather and have dinner or a picnic and catch up while kids can play at the playground next door. We already see people hosting birthday parties here, and I am excited to see it get even busier as more people move into Orana.

How would you best describe Orana’s community?
I would describe the community as very caring. We are filled with residents who are more than happy to help their neighbours and other residents, whether it be a lost animal or running out of a basic supply, everyone is always very willing to help!

What sets Orana apart from other communities?
I think the real focus on creating a legacy here at Orana really sets us apart, as we are all really determined to not only help owner occupiers purchase a home to live in, but also continue to focus on making Orana a really enjoyable place to live, where you are surrounded by greenery, education , safe bike paths, shopping and other members of the community who really want to support you and create a really enjoyable environment to live in for life.
