Giveway terms and conditions:
“Balcon ” means Balcon Group Pty Ltd.
“Competition” means the competition the subject of these terms and conditions.
“Entrant” means an entrant in the Competition.
“Orana” means Orana by Balcon.
By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Competition is governed by the laws of Australia and Victoria.
How to enter
1- Take a photo of yourself with our wombats at the Orana Park between Friday 21 October 2022 and Sunday 23 October 2022 (don’t worry, it’s not a real wombat!).
2- Post your photo using the hashtag #WeAreOrana on Instagram and tag @oranaclydenorth (make sure your profile and photo or story are public so we can see your awesome shots!)
3- Follow Orana on Instagram and like Orana on Facebook (don’t forget this step to be eligible!)
Prize
Moonlit Sanctuary Annual Family Membership (entry for 2 adults and 2 children, plus extra ticket for 1 child under 2 years) valued at $175 Australian Dollars.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.

Who is conducting this Competition?
This Competition is conducted by Balcon, the developer of Orana by Balcon. The Competition is conducted to benefit primarily the trade or business being promoted, being Orana by Balcon.
What does it cost to enter this Competition?
There is no fee to enter this Competition.
How many times can a person enter the Competition?
Entry into the Competition is limited to one entry per Entrant.
How will my information be used?
Your information will be used for the purposes of this Competition, namely to identify you if you win a prize. Your information may be used for Balcon’s marketing purposes, and you consent to Balcon doing so (which may include producing or reproducing your entry or image). When does the Competition close?
Steps 1-3 in “How to enter” (above) must all be completed between Saturday 22 October 2022 and Sunday 23 October 2022. The Competition will be closed from 11pm on Sunday 23 October 2022 (Australian Daylight Saving Time).
When will the prize winners be drawn?
Prize winner will be drawn on Monday 24 October 2022.
How will prize winners be selected?
Winners will be randomly selected by Balcon. The Competition is a game of luck (chance); the Competition is not a game of skill. Your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. You agree to accept the decisions of Balcon, as final and binding. There will be a single winner of the Prize.
How will prize winners be notified?
Prize winners will be notified in writing directly via Instagram or Facebook, and the names of all prize winners will be published on our website: www.oranaclydenorth.com.au
Entry requirements
In order to enter the Competition, you must complete Steps 1-3 in “How to enter” (above) between Friday 21 October 2022 and Sunday 23 October 2022 (Australian Daylight Saving Time). All Entrants must be purchasers at Orana and 18 years or older on the date of the Competition.
Information about the prizes
Membership can only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Prize winners must satisfy themselves as to those terms and conditions, including any expiration dates or limitations on use. Balcon will not be responsible for any restrictions imposed, or expiration. All dollar figures referred to are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prize can be collected from Orana at a location advised by Balcon, by providing identification acceptable to Balcon. Prize winners can make other arrangements for collection or delivery of prize with Balcon, if acceptable by Balcon.

The Competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, Entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram or Facebook of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms of use.
