We would like to say a big thank you to all and everyone who joined us at our Display Village Grand Opening!

As we look back on the glorious day that was, we were thrilled to see all families, friends and members of the community that came to celebrate with the Orana family. There was a buzz of energy and happiness in the air the whole day!

Over 2,500 people came to the event, with visitors meeting their future neighbours, getting to know the area, and getting a glimpse of life at Orana.

It was a jam-packed day of activities; smiling faces enjoyed the arts & crafts workshops, petting zoo, train rides, face painting, henna tattoos, balloon twisting, live music, roaming performers and much more! The weather was beautiful, and everyone enjoyed the festival atmosphere.

There was plenty of delicious food to be had; burgers, Mexican, Indian, Vietnamese, scones you name it! Everyone enjoyed their complimentary lunch, as well as free flowing gelato, fairy floss, and coffee!

Our first playground was also revealed, many brave souls climbed the spider net to reach our ‘skywalk’, the tallest in Melbourne’s South East!

The Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision Charity House Auction raised $750,000, and we are so grateful for everyone that engaged in the bidding. We are very proud of being a supporter of the research. Thank you for your collaborative efforts into finding a cure for Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome.
